Dr. Melka graduated from the University of Wyoming, School of Pharmacy with honors in 2000. She was trained in the Art of Compounding at the Professional Compounding Centers of America shortly after and also earned a Fellowship in Anti-Aging Regenerative & Functional Medicine from the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine.

While raising her 2 children she decided it was time to return to school to pursue her interests in healthcare.  Babs graduated in 2000 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming.  After returning to her home in Jackson Hole, she opened Roadrunner Apothecary, a compounding pharmacy, in 2003.  In 2004 Babs passed her Master Herbalist exam furthering her education and knowledge in alternative health and nutritional supplementation.  In 2007 she became a Fellow in Anti-Aging, Restorative and Functional Medicine. After 13 years as Roadrunner Apothecary and Simply Health of Jackson Hole, Babs is now practicing as Panacea’s Project LLC allowing her more flexibility for herself and patients. She brings with her 19 years of clinical experience and expertise in traditional and alternative health and wellness including hormones.  Babs is available for health consults that combine various methods to assist you in creating optimal whole body, mind and spirit health
